These terms explain the rules for using Flipeet Canvas, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We have tried to keep them short and in plain language.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Flipeet Labs] ("Flipeet", "we", "us") for your use of Flipeet Canvas, including our website, apps and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or another method we offer. Keep your account secure and tell us right away at support@flipeet.io if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least [16] years old to use the Service.
3. Workspaces and teammates
A workspace is shared by the people invited to it. Workspace admins can invite and remove members, change settings, manage billing and control who can see each canvas. When you share a canvas, the people you share it with can see, comment on or edit it according to the access you give.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you and your team put into Flipeet Canvas, including canvases, comments, files and prompts ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, process and display Your Content only as needed to run and improve the Service for you, and to keep it secure. We do not sell Your Content.
5. AI features
The Service lets you send prompts and canvas content to AI models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
- Built-in AI. When you use the AI included with your plan, we send your prompts to the provider of the model you pick, under that provider's business terms.
- Your own API keys. If you add your own key, it stays in your browser and requests go directly to that provider. Your use of that provider is also governed by your agreement with them, and their charges are billed to you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy
- upload malware, attempt to break into accounts or systems, or disrupt the Service
- harass, threaten or abuse others, or share content that sexualizes minors
- generate or spread content that violates the usage policies of the AI provider you choose
- resell or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page and charged per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period, then your workspace moves to the free Starter plan. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice before your next renewal.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and templates we provide, belongs to Flipeet and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
9. Third-party services
Connectors let the Service work with tools like Google Drive, Figma or Slack. When you connect one, you authorize us to access it as you approve, and your use of that tool is governed by its own terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we are required to by law. Before deleting a workspace's content, we will give admins reasonable notice to export it unless we cannot legally do so.
12. Changes and contact
